After contacting "Habitat for Humanity" online, we were directed to book with JUNKLUGGERS for a paid pick up and delivery. We booked a free estimate on the phone with Lisa. She was knowledgeable, articulate, and kind in explaining how JUNKLUGGERS operates. Within 24 hours, JUNKLUGGERS Joel and Paul arrived at our home, inspected our furniture, gave a free estimate, and negotiated price of removal and transport to a new place. They also were knowledgeable, respectful, and careful in removing 7 pieces of furniture. They spent time explaining how JUNKLUGGERS operates, and its commitment to the environment and community. JUNKLUGGERS accept credit cards without an additional transaction fee, and within hours, we received via email a receipt and donation information confirming that JUNKLUGGERS had found a home for our furniture.
