"These guys were great. Due to circumstances way outside of their control, they had to be very very late to our appt. But they were so communicative throughout the day about each change and ensured that I would be taken care of and expressed the deepest of apologies. When they arrived, they worked fast and explained their process as they went and were done within 15 minutes. Gave me a discount due to lateness and apologized again. Also were great during the move. Very nice and friendly and didn’t let the day they had impact their moods or work ethic. Hopefully don’t need to hire them soon (because this move has killed me) but will definitely recommend to others and in the future when I need help again, I will be reaching out."

"We were very happy with the JL experience. The men that did the work were all very personable. They really pitched in, worked quickly and maximized the time they designated. We had two moves: 1. Donations of used things for JL to disperse to the community. They have a wonderful service. 2. Things we still wanted were moved on a second load to our new house. The whole experience from the estimate planning to the end of the second move was all a great help to us. We highly recommend the company. Ask about all they do. It’s very inspiring to know the history, and the effort to keep everything out of the landfills. One mover said they have amazing crafts people to repurpose your used donations."

"Originally called to have one piece of furniture moved. I wasn’t clear on pricing and when they came out we agreed I wouldn’t use them. The owner called me, helped clear up the confusion and sent his guys back at a mutually reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with Junkluggers as this type of customer service isn’t always what takes place. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs furniture removed from their home!!!"

"Telephone answered quickly and information was helpful. Was offered multiple dates and times by dispatch. Window of possible cost with clear definition. Two representatives were right on time, quick and efficient. All done within 10 mins. Junkluggers in Chesterfield VA was a positive experience. I would recommend this company."
