He shared great information about their services, and even had more information about the 1900s upright piano I needed removed. He came out for an estimate on Friday, set up an appointment, and had the job completed quickly by Saturday morning. The whole process was completely painless on my end — they were on time, transparent about pricing, and made what could’ve been a stressful job incredibly easy. Communication was excellent, I always knew what to expect and meeting times were met, important to me since I had to travel to the property where a rentor left a ton of stuff to get rid of, 40 yd dumpster and two trucks worth. All is gone now and the things that were called out not to be hauled off, are still in place. Great job, thanks so much!"
