"Great service! I had a large dresser that needed to be removed from the third floor of my house. It was no easy task but Junkluggers made the process so easy. The staff was friendly too. Would book again next time I need to get rid of large furniture."

"The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because a miscommunication, the service guys were on time and professional and if they had room in the truck I’m sure it would’ve been perfect service. the lady who answered the call when I scheduled was pleasant and explained regulations professionally, ( I thought she had explained everything) my concern and disappointment, I was told I was getting an empty truck once the truck filled up my needs accordingly to what I explained I needed. She quoted between $645.00 up to $943.00 if truck gets fully loaded with my disposal plus $180.00 packing service, when truck arrived at my apartment it was already partially loaded with furniture and other items from a previous pickup and all the disposal I scheduled for did not fit! I end up paying full price $1,222.67. I called back 10 minutes after my service to schedule another truck and the gentleman who picked up the phone was rude and even hung up on me. I called on Monday and spoke with the same lady who scheduled my service at first, explained to her what had happened and she gave me an email address to complain. Whiting 8 hours Ms. Gaby (very nice lady)called me and apologized , explaining I was the second pick up therefore truck was partially loaded, that should have been said to me when I booked and agreed for the pick up between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. she offered 10% off next time I scheduled!!!! 🤦🏽‍♀️"

"We can't thank the excellent Junkluggers, Ethan and Hector, enough for doing an INCREDIBLE JOB cleaning out our family's basement and other areas of the home. They made the process SO easy. They were friendly and polite during the whole process. They showed up on time ready to work and finished the huge job with smiles on their faces. I highly recommend Junkluggers to anyone wanting to clean up their houses! Thanks so much!"

"Auggie and Josh showed up on time after calling and giving me and ETA. Someone on the administrative end did not put in the correct information and so the guys did not know exactly what they were picking up, so it took a while to get things straightened out, but they made sure that they were able to eventually remove all of my items. They were very polite, staying out of the way of our foot traffic in the office. I got a much better quote from them than the two other places that I called and that is why I chose them initially. They were professional, on time, and I would absolutely use them again."

"The Salvation Army only took a few of the things from the apartment I was trying to clear out and I needed everything out in by the next day. So I gave these guys a call and they came out the day I called, gave an estimate and promptly cleared everything out for me. Thanks to them I was able to clear out of the place in time. The movers were friendly and professional. I'd probably give five stars if they were a little cheaper, but if you want the job done quickly, give this company a call."

"Their guys arrived on time and provided a very reasonable estimate. Upon approval, the removal process began immediately. Very professional, yet friendly service! Fast and careful removal. Offered a couple of payment options and receipt for their services. This could not have gone any better. I would happily hire them again, and will refer their services to others. This is a really well run business!"

"A little expensive but I needed trash picked up and that’s what they did. They told me it was going to be starting at $190 to pick up and if it took 2/3 of the dump up it would go up. I ended up paying $311 with tip. About 8 out door trash bags full of garden debris and trash. And they swept up after. The guys were really nice and respectful and fast. They didn’t keep me waiting when I called. Just call and ask for a free estimate. You can always say no if you don’t like the price."

"Junkluggers NWI are AMAZING!!! They are professional, courteous and timely. Kurriy, Steve, David and Dustin treated our belongings as if they were their own. They explained where the items were going - donation, recycle or discard. I highly recommend them!!"

"There are times in life when you are granted a glimpse into what your future may look like. Whatever that vision looks like, it most certainly will draw your attention to the fact that you may be surrounded by a lot of “stuff” that you no longer want or need. At the recommendation of a dear friend, we called The Junkluggers! Our first experience with them was overwhelmingly positive. We had two televisions, a computer monitor and a refrigerator that we needed removed. We received a fair quote, and the pickup was scheduled for the same day. The Junkluggers kept us updated regarding their arrival time, and managed to get to us earlier than first scheduled. The gentlemen were very polite, and had our stuff loaded in no time at all. We are very thankful for The Junkluggers, and, as we are just starting out on our clean up journey, we know that we will be calling on them in the future. We highly recommend The Junkluggers!"

"I have used them before. They are excellent in every way. We just moved out of our house. I told my wife when we started packing that whatever furniture or any items we didn't sell or get donated I would call Junkluggers. They are excellent at the following: booking , following up to confirm pickup date snd time, being very prompt, super helpful and friendly pickup crew, 5 minute to give you s quote once they see your needs and finally I think price was very fair.
