"Responsive and quality service. Made an appointment online for a same day pickup that was seamless. Sean called me shortly afterwards to let me know there was an earlier time slot if I was available. Communication was great and the service was even better. Sean and Chris(I think; forgot to jot the name down) were great and moved items into the truck quickly. Thanks for the quality service!"

"UPDATE: I spoke with Laura, the owner, and she was very clear this not an experience that has happened before. Apologized and offered to make it right. I will definitely call them and try again next month when I expect to need a large pick up. I am happy to change the review if this matter gets resolved quickly. I had an appointment window for 330-5:30pm today, September 7th I had a missed call and a text at 12:36 PM. I was not at home and when I got in touch with them they asked could we come early and I said I was not ready. They said OK we will come at 3:30 PM Because, I was clearing out things in my home to put on the curbside for junkluggers to pick up. I didn't see a call and when I called back no one picked up and they had no voicemail set up. I had to call the person who had called me at 12:36 to have Jared call me back. Jared said could they reschedule. I said all my stuff is out on the curb then he didn't seem to know what to do. He said he'd get in touch with his supervisor and still I have yet to hear back from him. I texted him a video of the stuff on my curb and I called their customer service line number. They couldn't get a hold of anyone. An appointment was confirmed and they accepted the fact that I was not ready and would come at 3:30 PM. So how is it acceptable that it's my appointment time and everyone has already gone home. I just called back the national customer service line and they told me that that pick up had been canceled. I was not informed that it happened. I would love to speak to the owner and really had high hopes for this working out. Instead, I received the opposite of what I feel most of these reviews say about this company."

"After moving into a new house I had a ton of boxes, trash, and furniture that I needed to get rid of. Ben and David came out, gave me an estimate that I approved, then were super quick at getting everything removed and packed into their truck. Excellent service - thanks for clearing out my space!"

"The Salvation Army only took a few of the things from the apartment I was trying to clear out and I needed everything out in by the next day. So I gave these guys a call and they came out the day I called, gave an estimate and promptly cleared everything out for me. Thanks to them I was able to clear out of the place in time. The movers were friendly and professional. I'd probably give five stars if they were a little cheaper, but if you want the job done quickly, give this company a call."
