From the initial contact to the “thank you’s”, the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. What impressed me the most was their ease of scheduling and their ability to accommodate my needs the a next day! I had a rather urgent need to get rid of some bulky items, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding. The team that arrived was professional, courteous, and worked quickly and diligently. They handled everything with care and were respectful of my property. It was such a relief to have them take care of the heavy lifting and hauling. Beyond their efficiency, I also appreciated their commitment to eco-friendly disposal practices. "Josh & Matt were awesome! Great experience with the JunkLuggers crew. They were super punctual and accommodating to me because of a last minute schedule change from my end. Work was done professionally and without causing a disturbance to other tenants. I had tried another junk removal company that showed up late, did a half attempt at the job and who I subsequently fired so I was very wary about hiring another company right away. Josh and Matt made me feel at ease and gave me an honest breakdown of the pricing and were fair with how they quoted me. Will be recommending them to everyone!"

"Great experience, will call again when I clean out the basement in the spring. Contacted online on a Friday evening , received a phone call shortly after that on Saturday morning, and my junk removal was scheduled to be removed on Monday morning. Received a phone call Monday morning with their ETA and it was exactly as I was told on Saturday, driver and helper showed up, very pleasant, gave me a price and in the truck all my junk went. There are alot of companies out there picking up our junk, I highly suggest you call these guys, well worth it, and as a bonus, they donate and recycle our junk, this pick up had no donatable items, however when I clean out the basement soon, I'm sure they will donate and gift a fair amount of what I ask them to remove from my home. Thanks for all the hard work loading my junk into the truck today, and I thank you for the VERY positive experience, from the first contact to the handshake at the end. Picked up by 2 nice guys quickly and easily on the date and within the window (well alittle later but they were held up on.
