"In my lifetime, I've had to deal with many companies such as this one. Usually, the reviews online are never true. Well let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised by this company. Right from the initial phone call, they were friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Cody and the crew called me before arrival. They were very punctual and did an awesome job picking up my items. They also went above and beyond, ensuring I knew what I was paying for. To make it even better, if your item qualifies as a donation, you receive the receipt for your tax return processing. I highly recommend them, they are simply fantastic!"

"They called ahead and were able to accommodate an earlier time which was great for me. Great communication on site. They disassembled by pieces and thoughtfully lugged them to their truck, keeping in mind my walls and the integrity of the house. Thanks Jarvis and Hunter for the professional work!"

"Manni and Billy called in advance, arrived when they said, promptly quoted and then got to work. They were very respectful of our condo HOA requests, and of other residents. Very friendly, and seemed happy to be providing a great service.As a 35 year veteran in the customer service field myself, I take the time to write a good review when I see a company and it’s employees proving a good product, at a good price with special attention to satisfying the customer. Even the employee who called to confirm my appointment at 6:15 pm on the Sunday after a holiday - was extremely pleasant and thorough. I believe it was Sandy…!. Thanks again for the great service. "Junkluggers is hands down the smoothest junk removing company around. Kat Mendez (sales manager) was able to schedule a same day estimate/removal which was incredibly helpful with my busy schedule. Patrick and John were stellar on arriving, assessing, and carefully removing what I needed gone. Extremely nice and personable. Would recommend to anyone and can't wait until I need them again!"
