"The guys that showed up were professional, polite, quick, detailed with explanations of cost not only for me but for the business, so that I understood why it would cost so much for my job (my job was abnormal to most, I knew this ahead of calling them). Then they explained the process. They showed up on time and even finished my job in two hours faster than we had scheduled. They are better than those other" junk" guys. Definitely give them a shot. "I called on a Thursday I believe it was, and the lady was very polite, professional and informative on the phone. I'm sorry to say I forget her name, but she set an appointment for me the very next morning. She mentioned how it would be a free consultation and if I wasn't satisfied with the estimate, I could say no and they would leave with no charge to me. That's amazing. Nick came the next morning, right at the beginning of the 2 hour window (not 4, 6 or 8 hour window). He was very nice and gave me an estimate in about 30 seconds. I didn't have a lot of junk so it was closer to the minimum charge of $145. He cleared everything out in about 15 minutes and that was it! Honestly, I was very down about the idea of paying a couple hundred bucks to throw stuff away, but that's my fault for having too much crap and boxes that I was unable to resolve before moving. The fact is that I was in a bind and Junkluggers got me out of it. A++ and highly recommended!! P.S. I am not receiving anything for this review. Sometimes you see that kind of thing these days and that's unfortunate. But this is just a genuine review of my experience."
