Junkluggers came out in person to assess the items and sent me a detailed estimate by email shortly after. Their pricing was reasonable and transparent, which I really appreciated. The other company, on the other hand, scheduled a visit but never showed up. Later, they asked me to send photos instead, and even after I did, I never heard back from them. I liked how smooth and professional the whole process was with Junkluggers, so I decided to go with them. I called Olson, the representative, and asked if same-day removal was possible. In just three hours, a truck arrived and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. The two crew members who came were incredibly friendly and respectful. They worked carefully, making sure not to dirty or damage anything in my home, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism really stood out. True professionals and worked to get everything done efficiently. They were on time, quick, packed the truck like it was a game of Tetris and demonstrated ownership to get all our junk in that one truck - it was close but they made it happen. They were personable and made us feel like they were vested in our success to get this junk cleaned out.
