"Update- I was contacted by the owner and had a conversation about what occurred. He apologized about what happened and partially refunded to reflect an accurate price. Turns out he unfortunately had an employee who charged us incorrectly. I appreciate an owner who not only cares about his business but also customers, and when in the wrong will correct that. Pricing is not accurate they gave us a quote anywhere from $125 to $785 they wouldn’t know the exact amount until they got here. The guys who came were perfectly professional but the amount was surprisingly high given the little amount they had to hull away. They were in and out in 15 min and charged $300 ($285 + tax) to remove 5 pieces of wicker patio furniture and two 13 gallon trash bags. When asked why it would be $300 they explained it was because they only charged in quarters of the truck and one quarter was $300. If that’s the case then why start the quote at $125. If you don’t have a lot to hull away I would suggest either using a different company completely or get an exact quote before hand."
