"Kimberly & Bill Fiedler We were moving and downsizing from a house to a apartment. We set up a pick-up date and time all online and received a phone call to confirm everything and answer any questions. The ease in which it was done was fantastic! They sent 3 very nice and professional men to our home at the appointed day and time with a phone call when they were on the way. They arrived on time and proceeded to give us a quote on the things we had to say goodbye to. As it was, we had a bunch of good sized items, furniture included. They price by the space used on the truck....I knew it was going to take a lot of room. These guy's are masters of fitting things together...think Tetrus the game. They managed to fit almost a truckload into 1/2 the space! My husband and I were thrilled! Besides the fact that they donate and recycle before just dumping stuff into a landfill, they were professional, respectful and courteous and they didn't try to rip us off. They went above and beyond the duty of just "loading" the truck, they took the time to fit things together using the least amount of space possible. Thank you Junkluggers!!
