"On the eve of a move from our longtime residence, we were "ghosted" by several allegedly-reputable pickup services (GreenDrop and Vietnam Vets of America, you know who you are...). We reluctantly called JunkLuggers, initially reluctant to pay the fee. However, talk about "money well spent"! The fee was modest, the communication excellent and, honestly, they did exactly what they said they would! I had several large piles in three different locations throughout our house and when I expressed a concern, all I heard was "not a problem!" We ultimately filled 1 1/2 trucks with donate-able items AND junk. Importantly, if you should be so lucky as to get Emmanuel, Louis (twice) or Donte on your crew, thank your lucky stars.
