"While the guys were very very nice and professional, I was not expecting such a small truck. I guess I should have looked up what a 16 cubic feet truck was like. I told them all that I had but in the end, I did also have a lot that didn't sell. What I was quoted over the phone was double once they got there and saw it would take 2 days to pack and haul it all away. So we just let them take all the furniture at the original quoted price. We were left to pack the rest and put it in the garage. Luckily my Estate lady who had just a large pick up truck, sent 2 of her guys to pack all the garage stuff and all that we moved to the garage, and hauled it, also my husband with his truck helping. I recommend before using this or any other company, google exactly how big the truck will be and if you have more, ask what happens. We were running out of days to play with before maids came and cleaned and the carpets were done. My closing was the very next Monday. But the guys were very nice and the company does seem nice too. I was told they were good."

Upon arrival they fully explained the pricing and provided an estimate to get our approval to proceed with the service. Upon completion, the original estimate was high and subsequently revised to reflect the truck space actually used. We were very satisfied. "I called early in the morning to get a price quote and was told it starts at $130 for the first 1/4 of space your junk takes up in the truck. I only had a treadmill and a gas grill so I knew it wouldn't be any more than that. When they got here I was asked “so do you know how this works?” I said yes and told him what I was quoted. The guy said to me, “oh, well our flat rate is $190” Sorry kid, what?!? I repeated what I was quoted. He typed something on his phone then said “ok, so that’s 130 plus tax” 😊 They were super nice, right on time, called when they were 15 minutes away like expected. Great service!"
