"I needed to clean out a basement that had thirty years of accumulation. I called the junk luggers And they came the next day. They sent a crew of two people who were both fantastic. Kourey and Pedro assured me that everything would be done fast And needless to say, within two hours, they were done. "I cant say enough how wonderful this company was. My fiance and I had to move from our apartment unexpectedly, and after going through companies on Google, I came across junkluggers. They have over 800 reviews and a 5 star rating. I decided to give them a call and I am so glad I did. They were ready to come out the same day, and I made the appointment and they arrived right before my scheduled time. Anthony and Jonathan showed up with a can-do attitude and assured us they would do everything they could to help our situation. We had to be out asap, and they worked endlessly to ensure we would be out of the apartment same day. They got to work right away and cleared out an entire UPSTAIRS apartment in less than 2 hours. They were kind and helpful, and extremely diligent. They understood our situation and wanted to put our mind at ease knowing they were here to help. Never once did I feel like they were going to leave us without accomplishing their goal. We are extremely grateful they were able to get us out of that space. If you want a crew that truly cares about their customers, this is the company for you! We have more work that needs to be done in another home and will definitely be requesting Anthony and Jonathan for the job and i was happy to add another 5 star review!!!! Someone reached out to me to confirm immediately and they stayed in touch leading up to the appointment. On the day of, the two guys arrived on time, were super friendly, and took care to remove my couch quickly. The whole process was very easy. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need furniture removed."
