"I had to remove about 1000 ft.³of hoarding from an apartment in Queens and Junk Luggers were the only service that understood the insurance requirements to access a rental or co-op and also communicated clearly about the process both before during and after. I would say that clear communications is really their strongest point. They describe the service in detail when you first speak to them they communicate immediately by email and by text as well as confirming before the appointment and when the drivers are on their way. The trucks were well maintained, and the workers were all professional and courteous. We had to schedule two days and both days the trucks arrived early. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."
