"The Junklugger crew was great! Roger C met me at my home and walked me through the options. Professional and accommodating. On the day of removal, Kelvin and Kyle were the mighty team of two (plus my family's help) and were EXCELLENT Tetris Masters - fitting in what they could into the open top dump truck. PRO: easy communication and flexible booking, great teams and excellent pick up service, worked with me to take what could be taken, good energy! CON: the pickup window is only two hours (and that was not clearly communicated beforehand). So if you have a lot of items to remove, discuss and plan for that in your pickup arrangements. Heavier items might have an added expense as well. Price didn't change much, which was helpful. Good to know for next time! Overall - I highly recommend JL! Great job."

"There was a little scheduling confusion that was very quickly resolved. Roger came to the apartment and gave me an estimate for the work but said we were not scheduled for removal that same day. I explained to Roger that I live in Tennessee and that the COI was valid for only Wednesday, Feb 12. And that securing another COI with building management would be a huge headache. Roger got on the phone and arranged for a crew to come to remove the contents from the apartment. Within minutes I got a phone call from the team saying that they would be arriving in about 30 minutes. When they arrived, Nick introduced himself and his crew, Ramel and Corey. These guys were amazing!!! They were so efficient. In a little more than an hour most of the contents were removed. And it was only a little while later when the crew removed the rest of the large furniture pieces. When they were done, the only thing remaining in the apartment was the carpet. "Moving is stressful. Doing it after many years since the last time is anxiety driven and when the Junkluggers professionals, DeShawn and Miguel arrived it was already at a fevered pitch. But they were genuine in their goal to assure ALL of my concerns. They created a pace based on my expectations and exceeded that. If moving were a recurring thing I'd have Junkluggers on speed-dial. And while I'm sure all of their employees were as considerate and efficient, I wouldn't steer you wrong by suggesting you ask for DeShawn and Miguel.
