Used them for a clean out of a NYC apartment, which is always complicated. The team communicated well and arrived on time. They were very patient, explained everything clearly and transparently, worked through challenges with a positive attitude and completed the job very efficiently and within the original quote. They were also very careful in moving some large pieces in a tight space and clean. I also like the green aspect where they look to donate/recycle/upcycle what they collect and send you a donation receipt for what they were able to salvage.
