"Ultimately, the people at Junkluggers have been friendly, accessible and helpful, and they did remove items from our apartment. It took two tries: the first time they were late and too late to use the elevator in our building. They came to the end of the two-hour window again the second time around and cut it close but did finish the job. I also question how much of the stuff they will save, since it all goes into big garbage bags -- even glassware and china. Having said that, I'm appreciative of the service."
