"I had a somewhat complicated move of an old fireplace insert weighing 500 pounds that I needed brought to a specific facility for recycling. I had called around a bit and got some bids that seemed excessive or flat denied. Vader took the call at Junk Luggers and he was incredibly thorough and helpful and got me an appointment for the next day. Though there wasn’t an exact estimate given as the movers need to finish appraisal on site, the rough estimate was completely fair and just for the job and I was told many times that I didn’t have to hire them once they arrived if the cost increased or for whatever reason. Brian, Matt, and Francisco showed up on time after communicating with me prior to coming out. Brian explained the fees and I was happy with it so I continued to have them remove it from my home. They smoothly and safely moved the insert down our front stairs quicker than I imagined possible. They were polite and worked well together. I had to follow Brian out to the recycling center and he was patient and professional as we waited for the attendant. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again! "The 2 person crew were right on time, removed my furniture including dismanteling a bed and headboard, were careful, friendly and courteous. Both the lady and gentleman were pleasant and very strong! I especially like that my good quality items will be donated to appropriate charities."

"I called and they were available the next day. 2 people showed up with what I thought was a huge truck, certainly capable of taking the trash out of the garage. They loaded up for 20 minutes, and said that was half the truck, it barely covered the bottom of the container. It did not take all of what I had. She did toss in 2 more already bagged garbage but charged me for a half truck.$471.... It was a lot. I think they are overpriced and while there was no measurement on the side of the container about being half. The side walls are 8ft, while what was tossed in just covered the bed. There is no weight measurement with the truck, nor any other markings on the container. The gal was in charge, while the other one, a young man did help her load. But, he had no say. They get paid an hourly wage, and are allowed tips. While the company gets your $471 or whatever is a half truck, or a full truck around $800. Very overpriced."

"I had some deck lumber I needed hauled away. The price was very good for the large amount. The crew was very thorough and did great job even in the rain. A job well done and I will definitely be using them again."
