"Exceptional Experience !!! From the moment Jose took my call and was so extremely kind as he explained the entire process and answered all my questions, truly I felt at ease and confident I found the best service!! Then, Ashton called me and was so kind and courteous as he confirmed every detail of my request!! Then Kian called and was so polite letting me know they were on their way!!! Arrived perfectly as planned!!! And Kian, Caleb and Billy were so kind, polite, courteous, and so careful bringing every item from the THIRD floor and it’s summer and hot!!!! "There are not enough stars to give these two crews! We were in from out of town closing an office and found ourselves in a pickle with two very large reception desks that the movers couldn’t fit. We were able to get a same day pickup, but due to the size of the desks they were unable to take them and needed to reschedule for the next day. Knowing we had a flight to catch the next day, they rearranged their schedule to get us done first thing that morning. These guys were beyond professional and so quick! They had everything broke down and hauled out in a little over an hour! They were so quick we even got to move up our flights! Cannot thank you enough Billy, Shannon, Trey, and Andres!!"

"Great experience! I scheduled a same day pick up after another junk removal company ghosted me. Junkluggers gave me a call about 30 min before arriving and then picked up my item, easy! Would recommend to anyone who needs large items removed during spring cleaning or any other time."
