"I needed an old mattress and box springs removed, and I needed to schedule fast (my new one shipped way quicker than expected). I was able to book Junkluggers the next day VERY easily online. They emailed to confirm the details, and I called because I had questions to make sure everything went smoothly. JJ was super nice and helpful. The guys who came to pick up were quick, friendly, careful, and professional (also, the one guy was a smokeshow). My apartment building is weird, and they were patient and cooperative. Super quick in and super quick out. They were also nice to my dog, which is a big deal to me. Price was about what I expected and worth it. I'll use them again when I ditch the next round of furniture."
