I had a great experience with Tom Corey, Dashawn and his dad! (sorry if any mispelling of names!) I had a very large TV (200 lbs) on a high, built-in shelf, 7' off the ground. The team came together to come up with a plan that was safe for all involved, as well as protective of my floor and outside property! They were determined to help me and did an amazing job! I can't thank them enough! Tom was very good at staying in touch and giving me updates concerning their arrival with each visit. First they came out to assess the need and give me an approximate price. Then returned with extra team members to get the job done. Thank you guys!"

"Great customer service. Website is very informative, and I received a call minutes after scheduling where the rep explained the process to avoid confusion, and how pricing worked. The team of workers were very polite, and respectful of my home. Upon arrival, they reiterated the process and pricing, and all I had to do was show them what needed to be taken and it was gone soon after. I was shown how much space in the truck my junk took up and was satisfied with the final price. I'm happy that Junkluggers recycle or donate what they can, so it isn't all just going to the landfill.
